I hope this newsletter
finds all of you safe and
healthy. Things have certainly
changed since last month's
newsletter. Nobody knows with
certainty what to expect over
the coming days, weeks, or even
months. Regardless of what takes
place, it is important to stay
in touch with our customers.
Our normal social patterns
have been disrupted. Churches,
schools, work, and shopping have
all been altered. With all of
the self quarantining, social
distancing, business closures,
and slowdowns it is critical
that we continue to communicate
with each other.
Modern
technology provides us with ways
of distributing news, and
information that was not readily
available 25 years ago. Cell
phones and the internet were in
their infancy at that time. Now
we rely on them daily.
Your website can be used to
update your customers, deliver
information, and in many cases
allow them to continue shopping.
Even if you do not have an
online store you can promote
sale items, outline delivery,
and payment options, and explain
how you are doing business.
Many of you have already
posted messages to your
customers on your website. If
you have not, and would like to,
please let us know.
We
realize that during this period
of unrest and uncertainty, you
must focus on your family, your
career and your well-being. Rest
assured, you can always count on
us for support when it comes to
managing and updating your
website. For your peace of mind,
we have all the essential
resources in place to help you
communicate via your website as
needed.
